Housing Our Future Open House

The City of Wilsonville is hosting an online stakeholder open house on April 4, 2025 from 10-11:30 am to discuss the Housing Production Strategy (HPS), a six-year action plan focused on expanding housing options and improving affordability. This event is an opportunity for housing and service providers, and other interested members of the public to learn about Wilsonville’s housing challenges, explore proposed policies and programs, and share your input on the City's proposed actions.

Key topics will include:

• An overview of Wilsonville’s unmet housing needs
• A review of planned policies and incentives to increase affordable and diverse housing options
• Discussion of strategies to reduce barriers to housing development and maintenance

Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the City's proposed actions, both immediate and long-term, and provide feedback. Your input will help shape policies related to regulatory changes, land use, partnerships, and financial incentives.
