Planning Commission

 

On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, beginning at 6 pm, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the Frog Pond East and South Implementation - Development Code, and will consider whether to recommend to City Council adoption of the proposed Code amendments.

You will not receive another mailed notice unless you: submit a request in writing or by phone, or submit testimony or sign-in at the hearing.

City Council: 

 

On Monday, Aug. 5, 2024, beginning at 7 pm, the City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the Frog Pond East and South Implementation - Development Code, after which it may make the final decision.

The hearings will take place at Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East.  A complete copy of the project record, including staff report, findings, and recommendations, will be available online and at City Hall for viewing seven (7) days prior to each public hearing.

How to Comment: 

Oral or written testimony may be presented at the public hearings. Written comment on the proposal is welcome prior to the public hearings. Frog Pond Neighborhood Park:  A proposal for a new neighborhood park in Frog Pond West, located on the south side of SW Brisband Street and east of the new primary school currently under construction.   The 2.93-acre park site includes a picnic shelter, a playground for young children, an adult fitness area, a small stage to accommodate community events, a central lawn area, and both paved and unpaved walking paths that weave through existing strands of trees, lawns, and meadows on the site.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the Wilsonville City Council may be attending the Commemoration of the 74th Anniversary of the Outbreak of the Korean War and the Grand Opening of the Oregon Korean War Memorial Interpretive Center. The event location is the Oregon Korean War Memorial in Town Center Park at 29600 SW Park Place, Wilsonville, OR 97070. It will take place Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 10:00 am.

Boberg Industrial Building Expansion:  A proposal for the expansion of the Boberg Industrial Building located at 28395 SW Boberg Road.  The proposal includes addition of a one-story 9,540-square-foot industrial warehouse building connected by a breezeway to the existing building, with associated landscaping and other site improvements.

 

An appeal of a portion of Development Review Board Resolution No. 429, A Resolution Affirming the Planning Director’s Determination of Non-Conformance in Case File ADMN23-0029 and Denying the Applicant’s Appeal DB24-0002 has been filed by Appellant Dan Zoldak of Lars Anderson & Associates, Inc.

Public notice is hereby given that the Wilsonville City Council will conduct a public hearing on, May 6, 2024, 7:00 pm at City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon.

The purpose of this public hearing is to consider public testimony on a proposed Ordinance No. 891 entitled:

Planning Director Referral to Development Review Board for a Continuation of Non-Conforming Use Determination at 29400 SW Town Center Loop West:  Planning Director referral of Case File No. AR23-0031, a request for Class 2 Planning Director Interpretation, to Development Review Board. The request is to confirm or deny that the Proposed Occupant’s (The Home Depot) proposed use of 29400 SW Town Center Loop West constitutes a continuation of non-conforming use.

CIS Oregon Collaboration Center:  A proposal for the development of one single story, 15,744 square foot, office building and associated site development on the southwest corner of Wilsonville Road and Kinsman Road.  The planned office tenant is Citycounty Insurance Services (CIS Oregon).

Boeckman Creek Primary School Reader Board:  A proposal for the addition of a 32-square-foot electronic reader board sign for Boeckman Creek Primary School located at 6700 SW Wilsonville Road.

 

Appeal of Administrative Decision - 29400 SW Town Center Loop West:  Appeal of a recently issued Planning Director Determination that Fry’s Electronics is a legally established Non-Conforming Use in a Non-Conforming Structure with Non-Conforming Site Conditions.  The Appeal was filed by Lars Andersen & Associates, Inc., on behalf of Lumberjack LP, owner of the property at 29400 SW Town Center Loop West.

PGE Memorial Substation:  A proposal for the installation of a new PGE substation with high voltage and underground lines and associated road and site improvements at 27601 SW Parkway Ave.

You will not receive another mailed notice unless you: submit a request in writing or by phone, or submit testimony or sign-in at the hearing.

On Monday, Mar. 4, 2024, beginning at 7 pm, the City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the Coffee Creek Code Adjustments, after which it may make the final decision.
