Information Technology Strategic Plan

The City of Wilsonville adopted it's very first Information Technology Strategic Plan in September 2016.   As part of the ongoing process to maintain the plan, IT staff, along with key stakeholders, met in 2017, 2018, and 2019 to assess current and future business needs, budget, and the overall strategic fit to the City’s overarching mission to: “To protect and enhance Wilsonville’s livability by providing quality service to ensure a safe, attractive, economically vital community while preserving our natural environment and heritage.”

In 2023, the City refreshed the Information Technology Strategic Plan which provides a road map for projects through 2027.  As before, IT staff will re-evaluate the plan each year to ensure it maintains a "living" active document.
