A proposal for lot line adjustment, rezoning of approximately 8.66 acres, vacation of approximately 0.35 acre of right-of-way, and site improvements, including a parking area, stormwater facilities, and associated landscaping, at the OrePac properties located at 30160 & 30170 SW OrePac Avenue, 30445 SW Boones Ferry Road, and 9655 SW 5th Street.

On September 9, 2024, the Development Review Board Panel A will review this application and forward to City Council a recommendation for adoption of the Zone Map Amendment and Right-of-Way Vacation related to this application. (see Public Hearing Notice). A City Council hearing for the Zone Map Amendment and Right-of-Way Vacation is scheduled for October 7, 2024.
