A Tooze Rd. property upon which the new reservoir is being built

This project constructs a 3 million gallon storage reservoir near the intersection of SW Tooze Road and SW Baker Road, and installs about 3,000 linear feet of new 24-inch water transmission line on SW Tooze Road, extending from the reservoir to the intersection at SW Grahams Ferry Road.

Project Overview

The City of Wilsonville is constructing a new seismically resilient reservoir and transmission line to increase overall water storage capacity to support growth and provide an additional water supply in the event of an emergency. The project supplements four existing water storage tanks currently in operation.

The reservoir is being constructed on City-owned property on SW Tooze Road in unincorporated Clackamas County.  The water transmission line connects the new reservoir to the community’s existing water system.

  • Spring/Summer 2023 – Preliminary Analysis, Investigations and Design
    • Preliminary Design - July
  • Winter 2024 – Permitting
  • Spring 2024 – Design Completed
  • Summer 2024 – Land Use Permitting
  • Summer 2024 – Construction Begins
  • Winter 2025 – Construction Completed
