Priority 1B Water Distribution Improvements
The Priority 1B Water Distribution Improvements Project constructs water distribution piping improvements to correct fire flow deficiencies identified in the Water Distribution System Master Plan.
Five waterline improvements will be constructed as part of this project:
- 8-Inch Water Line on Jackson Way
- 8-Inch Water Line on Evergreen Avenue
- 8-Inch Loop north of Seely Avenue
- 8-Inch Loop at Sundial Apartments
- 10-Inch Loop at Wilsonville Summit and Canyon Creek Apartments

Project Timeline
- Week of February 10, 2025: Contractor will begin mobilizing to the site.
- February 10 - May 31, 2025: Contractor will be saw cutting, digging in the street, installing pipe in the ground, and replacing asphalt and concrete.
- June 1 – June 30, 2025: Contractor will be finishing up final project items.
What to Expect
- Equipment and workers in the area.
- Minor delays and minimal disruption to nearby traffic and access.
- Noise, dust, and minor debris on the roadway through the construction.
- The contractor will assist with ensuring that trash pickup occurs and coordinating no parking areas in advance of the upcoming work with door hangers and signage.
- During the project, the City may need to temporarily shut down the water to your residence to connect the newly installed pipes. The contractor will provide a minimum of 3 business days’ notice via door hanger in advance of any shutdowns.
Anticipated Work Hours
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday- Friday. Night work will not be allowed. Weekend work is not expected.
