On June 7, 2021, upon 2nd reading, the City Council approved the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment (Ord. No. 847) and Zone Map Amendment (Ord. No. 848) related to this application (see Notice of Decision).

On May 26, 2021, the City Council will consider the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment (Ord. No. 847) and Zone Map Amendment (Ord. No. 848) related to this application.
On May 10, 2021, the Development Review Board Panel A approved this application and forwarded to City Council a recommendation for adoption of the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment and the Zone Map Amendment related to this application. (See Notice of Decision). A City Council hearing is scheduled for May 26, 2021.
On April 12, 2021 DRB Panel A moved to keep the record open and continue the hearing to a date certain of May 10, 2021.
