Metro Household Hazardous Waste Disposal

Metro hosts free household hazardous waste collection in communities across greater Portland. Wilsonville's next event is scheduled for May 18, 2024, from 9 am-2 pm, at the Wilsonville Transit Center.  There is no charge to bring your hazardous household garbage to Metro’s community events. 

Metro Central and Metro South transfer stations also accept hazardous waste from households for free. A small portion of your monthly garbage bill goes to help pay for these services.
