Community Opportunity Grant Awards Available
August 29, 2019 – Wilsonville Parks and Recreation is now accepting Community Opportunity Grant applications through Friday, Sept. 27.
Each year, the City distributes $25,000 in Community Opportunity Grant awards from its general fund to provide funding for a wide range of local programs and projects in Wilsonville. Successful proposals advance education, diversity, arts or community involvement.

The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board reviews applications and awards $12,500 in grant funding twice annually. Incoming applications are scheduled to be reviewed at the board’s Oct. 10 meeting.
During the most recent funding cycle, in April, grants were awarded in support of programs at Wilsonville STAGE, West-Linn Wilsonville Music and Arts Partners, Meridian United Church of Christ and Kohl Creek Golf, Soccer and Events.
