Rotary Bulky Waste Pickup Request
On Oct. 5, 2024, the City of Wilsonville is excited to partner with the Rotary Club of Wilsonville's U40 group volunteers (members and friends under 40-ish) to provide bulky waste pickup to older adults and others unable to drop waste at Republic Services on Bulky Waste Day.
Due to limited availability of trucks and labor, this volunteer service is being offered by Wilsonville Rotary (first-come, first-served) to about 25-30 community members. Please use the webform below to request pick-up service. Please only sign-up if you are in need of extra muscle and/or are unable to deliver bulky items to Republic Services.
If demand is high, a waiting list may be established. Please include contact information so that Rotary volunteers may be in touch as needed to confirm arrival times.
Please note that drivers may refuse pick-up of items too heavy to lift, too large to transport, or that may not be accepted by Republic Services, including construction debris of any type, propane bottles or canisters, paint, batteries, solvents, thinners, household garbage or car tires.

By submitting a request for bulky waste pickup services from the Rotary Club of Wilsonville (“Rotary”), you understand and acknowledge that the City of Wilsonville (“City”) is not contributing to, assisting, supervising, or in any way managing any bulky waste pickup services provided by the Rotary. You further understand and acknowledge that the moving, loading, unloading, and transportation of bulky waste may carry inherent danger and risk to you and members of your household.
The City disclaims any and all liability for any injury, damage, expense, and/or cost incurred or experienced by any person for the services provided by the Rotary relating, directly or indirectly, to its bulky waste pickup services.
THEREFORE, BY SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR BULKY WASTE PICKUP SERVICES FROM THE ROTARY, you acknowledge and agree, ON BEHALF OF YOU, YOUR personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns TO That you release and forever discharge the City from any and all liability for personal injury, damage, or death to any person, including you, and for any and all loss, injury, or damage, however caused, relating, directly or indirectly, to any bulky waste pickup services provided by the Rotary.
