In partnership with Polco, the City has conducted the National Community Survey every two years since 2012 to gauge the community’s satisfaction. Participants are asked to evaluate the quality of many City services and amenities, and to assess their quality of life in Wilsonville.

“The National Community Survey helps us identify where City services are hitting the mark,” City Manager Bryan Cosgrove said. “Our City Council can respond to the community’s needs more effectively by knowing when and where improvement may be needed.”

This year’s survey has already been distributed by mail to a random sample of Wilsonville residents to produce a consistent, statistically significant set of data that City staff and elected officials can evaluate to measure satisfaction, observe trends over time, and identify opportunities for progress.

The online opt-in survey is identical, and allows the City to gather feedback from a larger cross-section of community members. After survey results analyzed, summary data is to be presented to the City Council this summer.
