Planning Commission Look at the Next 20 Years of Wilsonville Growth

In response to the Metro UGB expansion process that was scheduled for the end of 2007, the City’s Planning Commission took a pro-active approach to guiding future growth by embarking on the “20-Year Look” at potential future expansion areas for Wilsonville. This project is intended to provide a holistic look at lands surrounding the city resulting in recommendations for approximately 300 acres of residential expansion to meet the 20 year need for buildable residential land. 

The documents that were distributed to the Planning Commission for their 20-year look at Wilsonville growth have been reorganized by subject.  With two exceptions, all the documents that were distributed to the Planning Commission are included here.
