Applications for Boards & Commissions can be downloaded below. Completed forms can be returned to City Hall in person, via regular mail, or by fax to (503) 682-1015.

Applications are kept on file for one year. Even if you're not selected for a position, the City Council periodically appoints special task forces or committees and may draw from the applications on file to fill those vacancies.
