The Library has three meeting rooms available to the public.

The Phila Simmons Room is located in the library itself, and will accommodate a small group of up to 8 people. No food or drink is allowed in this room. The room can only be used when the library is open.  It can be reserved by calling our main line 503-682-2744 and asking to reserve the Phila Simmons Room. Fees may apply.

The Rose Room and the Oak Room are located in the lobby of the library and can be reserved by calling our Room Rental Specialist, Andrea Erickson at 503-570-1593. The Rose Room can hold a maximum of 50 people, and the Oak Room a maximum of 190 people. The Oak Room may be divided into 2 parts that can be rented separately. Both rooms have whiteboards, but only the Oak Room has a video projector. Both of these rooms may be rented at times that the library is closed.
