2016 Solid-Waste Rate Increase Proposal

The City’s solid-waste collection & disposal franchisee, Republic Services, Inc. of Clackamas and Washington Counties, is requesting a cumulative, system-wide rate increase of 4.4 percent effective March 1, 2016.

The questions before members of the City Council concern what, if any, rate increase is appropriate and on what effective date? The City Council welcomes public input on the proposed rate increase request.

Members of the public can use the online form below to provide feedback to the City Council, and/or may attend to testify in person for a public hearing scheduled for the City Council meeting on Thursday, Feb. 18, 7:00 p.m., at Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070.
