This project consists of 25 lots of detached Row Houses in the Villebois Village Center. These row houses continue the placement of row homes on important walking streets, transitioning from neighborhoods to the south and east of SAP South to the neighborhood within the Village Center surrounding the Plaza. The Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) for the Phase 1 area of SAP Central was broken into two areas for their Final Development Plans (FDP):
Carvalho is located along SW Villebois Drive South, between SW Zurich Street and SW Barber Street, and includes lots 91-108 of Villeobis Village Center #1.
Seville is located on the north side of Barber Street immediately west of Ravenna Loop and includes the development of 7 detached row houses
These approvals are modifications to the 2006 approvals for PDP 1 Central.
