Commercial and Industrial charges are based on the number of employees. Multifamily charges are based on the number of units in the building. The multiplication factor is $1.04 times the number of employees for commercial and industrial.  Multifamily is calculated by the number of units in the complex. The employee count is updated yearly through our business license database.

Storm Water

Commercial, Industrial and Multifamily charges are based on the total amount of impervious area. The formula is the impervious area divided by 2750 multiplied by residential rate.

      $8.65 $9.30 $9.95 $10.60

Road Maintenance

This is a monthly fee charged to all residential and non-residential users which is dedicated to maintaining a safe, functional street system.

Commercial rates are based on the number of trips defined by the Institution of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Manual.

The number of trips are divided by a factor of 9.45 to determine the Equivalent Residential Units (ERU). The ERU is listed in categories to calculate the monthly fee.

Example: ERU Category x $5.23 (residential rate) = monthly fee

Equivalent Residential Units     Category       March 1, 2017  Rate     November 1, 2017 Rate
